The diet is not suppressing the symptoms like a medicine would. It is designed to starve the candida.

That is very true actually, I ate nothing but nuts & green leaves for about 3 months and took loads of stuff to kill it, and all the symptoms went,.. When I ate carbs again, even the tinyest amount, and it came back 10x worse. You just need to carbs for a bit and boost the immune system til you feel better, there’s no need to make yourself feel like shit!

@healthyinformation – I live in the UK. I know hand numbness can also be low magnesium, low B1, so I suppose antibody tests are the main ways of confirming a infection is there.

is there anything i can do to help my digestion? im currently taking oxyflush, 2 tbs of flax seed, and exercise daily. I dont produce many stools.

Hi Guys, really need someone advice, I have been getting very severe symptoms. I was diagnosed with candida last year but I have been travelling and I am finding it hard to stick to the diet. What products can be taken that are lenient towards the candida diets. My symptoms include severe bloating, acid reflux, white syrupy mucus at the back of my throat & sinus and my siliva is thick with white streaks in it. Would love to hear on products or advice. I am ready to add foods to my Candida Diet. Which foods should I add first? My doctor said that I need to take out the foods that I react to? What would a reaction be?
