@coopi1481 Most people consider their tinnitus to be cured when the tinnitus noise no longer bother them, i.e. a substantial reduction in the tinnitus noises. This is what we mean when we refer to a cure.

I’ve actually started using an iPod with in-ear earphones since my tinnitus. I listen to podcasts at a low volume during the night to help me get to sleep. It works well.
At a sensible volume there’s no danger of increasing the damage/volume of tinnitus, is there?

@mjarezza – using an iPod can indeed cause much damage, particularly if you use in-ear microphones or you have the volumes settings up high.
